Privacy Policy

Cozaro Tech is operated by Cozaro LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we process information through https://cozaro.net, contact forms, anti-abuse checks and first-party website analytics.

Who operates this website

Cozaro Tech is the customer-facing technology brand. The website and related business activities are operated by Cozaro LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company formed on August 4, 2026. Registered office: 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Wyoming Filing ID: 2026-002047590.

Information we collect from inquiries

When you submit a contact or project inquiry, we may process your name, company, email address, phone number, budget range, inquiry type, message, selected website language, source path and technical anti-spam fields submitted with the form.

Information processed automatically

When you use the website, we may process limited technical information such as visited pages, approximate device type, referrer, source category, user-agent summary, anonymous visitor/session identifiers and basic request data needed for security, abuse prevention and service reliability.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, understand project requirements, prepare proposals or next steps, provide customer support, protect the website from abuse, maintain security and improve general website performance and usability.

Contact form processing

Contact submissions are validated server-side and delivered through the company’s configured email/SMTP service provider. Based on the current website implementation, contact message content is not stored in a website database.

First-party website analytics

The website uses a first-party analytics endpoint to record basic events such as page views, project page views, contact page visits, CTA clicks and contact form status events. Analytics logs do not include contact message content.

localStorage and sessionStorage

The website may use localStorage for an anonymous visitor identifier and sessionStorage for an anonymous session identifier. These identifiers are used only for first-party website analytics and are not used for cross-site advertising tracking.

Do Not Track and advertising trackers

The analytics implementation respects Do Not Track where supported by the browser. We do not currently use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, PostHog or third-party behavioral advertising trackers.

Security and abuse prevention

The contact endpoint uses server-side validation, content-type checks, payload limits, origin checks, honeypot fields, timing checks, rate limiting and basic spam-pattern controls. Security logs may record minimal technical details and reason codes, but they should not include SMTP secrets or full contact message content.

Service providers and processors

We may use hosting infrastructure, email/SMTP delivery providers, security tools, analytics storage and professional technology services needed to operate the website and respond to inquiries. If a provider processes information for us, it is used for the relevant operational purpose.

Data retention

We retain inquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage potential cooperation, maintain business records, resolve disputes and comply with legal obligations. Analytics and security logs may be retained for operational reporting, security and troubleshooting.

Disclosure of information

We do not sell contact form information. We may disclose information to service providers, professional advisers, authorities when required by law, or when necessary to protect rights, security, users or business operations.

Third-party links

The website may link to third-party websites or platforms. Their privacy practices are controlled by those third parties, not by Cozaro LLC.

International users

If you access the website from outside the United States, your information may be processed in jurisdictions different from your own. By using the website or submitting an inquiry, you understand that processing may occur where we or our service providers operate.

Your privacy rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or restriction of certain information. To make a privacy request, contact us at office@cozaro.net. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.

Children’s privacy

The website is intended for business and professional audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the website, services or legal requirements change. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date.
